DESIGN TIMELINE

During this process the client will be sent a form to fill out so that we can understand the client's needs and goals for their new website. This stage is vital, as it streamlines the following stages and helps us get the clearest insight into what the brand vision is!

Another important first step is content gathering. This includes the client sending over text copies, what they want the basic layout of the site to look like, photos, and any other visual content. If the client needs any photo or video content—we have packages to help provide it! 

Our first priority is getting to know our client, their brand, and ultimately their target audience. We use our questionnaire to guide our client through the design process to help them understand and articulate their desired style. This helps us—the designers, to produce quality content.

Once we have a vision, the visual branding can begin! This stage includes creating color palettes, logos, mood boards, font packs & more. Branding sets the tone for the rest of the design process, so it’s important we make sure our client feels heard and well represented!

step three: development and revisions

After all content is gathered and visual branding is finalized, we will move on to building the website and socials. The client will receive frequent updates on progress, and what information we need from them as we move into the next phase. As pages are completed, the client will have the opportunity to review and request any revisions. This phase can be repeated until the client is happy with what has been designed and is ready to finalize the site.

step four: launch

Once all reviews and revisions have been made, the website is ready for launch!
